Hello Local Supporters of the Arts!

We’ve got something special hitting the stage this weekend — and you’re invited!

This Saturday, Aug 22 at 7pm, join us at the North Delta Centre for the Arts for From Script to Spotlight, a lively, one‑night‑only showcase featuring brand‑new scenes written by participants from our Page to Stage workshops. These emerging playwrights have spent the last month crafting short pieces, and now local actors, including my eldest daughter Mary, are bringing their words to life.

Expect comedy, drama, surprises, and that electric feeling of seeing fresh work performed for the very first time. It’s fun, it’s local, and it’s exactly the kind of creative energy DLAS loves to champion.

My piece is called “Talk Therapy is Better with Margaritas.” Isn’t everything?? 😆🥂🤗

Tickets are just $10 at the door, and every dollar goes directly to supporting the actors who make this magic happen.
